Hello all,
I have a led display cards consisting of tlc5971 led drivers. I have 4 of them. ı cannected them in series, so ı drive the whole display from the unique ski-sdi input and observe the result. Although i drive the display cards with blue colour, the 3 of the displays show red, the other one shows blue. Even ı change the order of the serial connected display cards, the blue one still shows blue, the other 3 continues with red.
What may be the problem? Is it possible for tlc5971 to drive the leds althoug it burned or damaged? Does showing different colour than the intended one means that the tlc5971 burned or damaged? I am sure that i am driving the cards correctly because i saw the correct colours at the beginnig of my project. After some time, the event that i told above occured.
