Diode rectification of the 3 ph input and a capacitor bank.
Then use e.g. UCC28950 for isolation. 1kW can be done on single ETD59 (or perhaps ETD49 or ETD54).
Use e.g. PE-67100NL for current sense.
It's best to make a small Flyback converter for your aux-supply for 12-15V. Assume around 4-5W for each converter for power drive (switches, gate drive etc.).

You say 3 phase input and several hundred watts. Do you need to meet Power Factor Correction Requirements for your end product?
