TPS62130 used as an LED driver

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62130

I am using TPS62130 as a driver for an LED circuit. I am having trouble with the switching. As I try to operate this there is no voltage on the output and there is no switching on pins 1, 2, 3. I have read that there are known problems with this chip. Are these problems still ongoing or have they been resolved? I will attach the schematic to see if I have other problems.7002.Schematic Design_ 4001188A00-00-REVD.pdf

  • Your schematic looks maybe ok.  Make sure the GNDs, GND and GNE, are connected on the PCB and that your LED is connected at the output terminals (and that the LED is not damaged open).  Look at each trace on your PCB and make sure it goes to the right place/pins.  Make sure everything is soldered down well, including the thermal pad under the IC.
