bq500210EVM-689 short circuit somewhere

Because of an unexpected power-off,the 3V3_VCC and the GND short circuit.on the bq500210EVM-689 ,the voltage on TP10 are 0.4V when power on.I want to know what's the most possible reason and how to repair the circuit. Besides,I want to know some data outside the technique document. 1.the comparison of waveforms of VGS(the voltage between the gate and the source of the MOSFET)of Q1 and Q2.I mean VGS of Q1 and VGS of Q2 vary with the time when working i want to compare the two waveforms. 2.the comparison of waveforms of VGS and VDS(the voltage between the drain and the source of the MOSFET) of Q2. 3.the comparison of waveforms of IL2(current of the L2)and the VGS of Q2. 4.the waveform of relationship between efficiency and the distance of the two coupled coil. Thank you very much.

  • You appear to have a short on the main 3.3V bus.  This voltage goes to a number of devices and will have to try and isolate it down to a section. Some resistors such as R24 or R30 can be removed to disconnect parts of the circuit.

I have seen short on U3 before.
