I'm design a circuit using SM72445. I refer to this document http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/snva649/snva649.pdf.

- I find that some components such as L2, L3 aren't  in figure 6 "circuit schematic" but they are in figure 7 assembly diagram. Can anyone help me clarify this?

- The component T1 (PA2001NL), where can I buy it ? if I can coil it myself? Is it a tranformer with ratio 1:1?
