Hi I am designing a H-bridge for controlling some piezo actuators. It has 3 pins, the center pin is ground and the two other pins need to have opposing voltage, so if pin 1 is -100 then pin 3 should be +100 Vdc. The voltage range of the piezo is -200 to +200. The current is less than 100mA around 20mA for normal operation. I have purchased some appropriate Mosfets I have N and P channel varieties available. Can someone suggest a nice gate driver IC?
