TPS2590 and TPS2421-1 supply current

I'd like to ask about the supply current of TPS2590 and TPS2421-1. According to the data sheets of the two components, the supply current of TPS2590 is 19uA at 25 F (figure 6), and TPS2421-1's is 19mA at 25F (figure 5). The difference of these two values is three order of magnitudes, which is considerable. Is that just a misprint or actual correct values?
