We are doing thermal analysis of ID and PCB design, we want to know the junction to case thermal resistance of UCD7242.

Please kindly provide this information.

    Here are the thermal resistance numbers for the UCD7242.

    Theta(JP) = 5.2C/W

    Theta(JC) = 7C/W

    Theta(JA) = 33C/W

    These numbers were derived using a JEDEC-standard board.

    The JEDEC board is nothing like what a customer would use in a real application.

    The UCD7242 datasheet used thermal measurements off of a TI EVM.
