TPS22942: It has a limit of 100 mA. However, the graph shows a typical limit of 140 mA. I have device that uses 105 mA.

So, I have a device that might use a maximum of 105 mA.  Yet specifications for your device states minimum ILIM of 100 mA but your typical is 150 at 3.3V.   Does the minimum move up or down with voltage?  If I can guarantee a certain input/output voltage does the minimum move up or down?  Given your charts, it seems as though there is a huge variance allowed for IC processing..  I would like to use your part in  my application but it seems as though that I'm 5% beyond your specifications.
