In TPS56121 datasheet P.4, VOCLPRO is defined 12mV to 100mV.
But that value is ensured by design. Not production test.
What is the proof for guaranteeing the value? Do you have any data?

Hi Sasaki-san,
TI wanrrants performance of its components to the specifications applicable at the time of sale, in accordance with the warranty in TI's terms and conditions of sale of semiconductor products. Testing and other quality control techniques are used to the extent TI deems necessary to support this warranty. Except where mandated by applicable law, testing of all parameters of each componnet is not necessarily performed.
As for this product, we do have the test data of the VOCLPRO for the silicon verification, but this parameter is not tested in production. If you do need to see the data obtained in the verification stage, you would need to contact the local sales or field engineer to sign the NDA form.
Regards,
Na
