In the charging / discharging process of Lithium Iron Phosphate cell, (nominal voltage about 3.33 vdc of a A123 20 ah cell) . Is there a means through through Texas Instruments electronics to track voltage of the individual parallel packs and shunt amperage through the charge discharge process on the parallel cells.
In other words, proportionally applying resistant to the cells with the least capacity based on a voltage signal of the the parallel pack with the most capacity,
therefore all parallel packs in series always have the same resistance?
