I have designed the LED driver based on PMP3661. the efficiency is from 85 to 90% (from 95V to 270VAC) THD varies from 6% to 11.5% and PF from 0.9 to 0.99.
change in load current is only 2mA.
No of LEDs in series 18Nos. forward current of the LED is 350mA. for one of my application the customer asking dimming up to Zero% i could able to bring down the current to 66mA. please give me the guidance on mentioned issue.

Please let me know it is possible to regulate the voltage once the driver enters in to dimming mode. when i tried the same with external opamp i could not reduce the voltage less that 55Vdc though the opto coupler is forwared biased at 55V.
