What will be minimum input (adapter) voltage if I have to charge Li-Ion battery pack (3Cell / 10.8V) using bq24617 buck charger IC.

Typically the regulation voltage is 4.2V/cell or 12.6V for three series cells and it is best to have enough over head so one does not get drop out (RDSon times current).

I would use at least one volt of overhead or 13.6V.
