LM26420 in -55C?

I’m looking for dual output switcher in the TSSOP package: Vin:5V, Vout1: 3.3V/1Amax, Vout2:1.5V/0.5Amax. Do you have any recommendation. The LM26420 is a good candidate but it’s only offered in the industrial temp range. Do you know if there an EP equivalent or if TI has any plans for an EP of this part?

I need -55C.

Hi Calum,

Not sure what flexibility there is on VIN, but if it could be 5.5V, then the TPS5410-EP looks ideal: http://www.ti.com/product/tps5410-ep .

The TPS54311-EP fits the VIN described, and has an integrated switch, so this might be a plus in this design: http://www.ti.com/product/tps54311-ep .

Also look at the TPS5120-EP: http://www.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print/tps5120-ep.html .

Let us know how any of these will fit the requirements for this design. If the LM26420 is a must, then an RFQ to the HiRel group can be submitted.

Board space is my biggest concern so the dual is preferred. Let me look through and I'll get back to you if I want to go down the RFQ path.
