Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ2060A, EV2400

We have been using BQ2060A circuit but now we would like to replace it by BQ20Z655. When testing BQ20Z655 circuit a failure appeared. After discharging of 4S1P cells it was not possible to start charging again.
Charging and discharging cycle passed correctly 6 times but during 7 cycle it failed.
On the display two segments indicating capacity with outline keep flashing.
Data Flash can´t be rewrite.

For communication with a PC we are using EV2400. I enclose a table with data after a failure.

    Ladislav,

    You have a PF fault that will prevent the FETs from turning on. You can clear the fault by using the PF Clear Code. Use the Write 2 Word button and enter 2673 1712. This should clear the fault, but you will need to adjust your parameters to prevent it from happening again. I also noticed that MaxErr is 100%. Have you tried the learning cycle yet?
