IC for PWM generation and safety measures - but no feedback

Hello All,

We are going to test a new control law for PWM power supplies (specifically, an AC-DC full bridge boost topology, non-isolated), and we are looking for a PWM IC, that has:

--> a programmable PWM frequency (via simple R-C network or other method)

--> Safety measures such as dead-time and/or break before make to prevent shoot-through (periods where both sets of switches could be conducting)

I have seen than many PWM ICs have internal loop error amplifiers (for voltage and/or current), which we do NOT need, as our control law already includes the inner current and outer voltage loops.

Is there an IC that could be used, to accept an analog control law/command signal, and output it as a PWM signal?

--> FYI: We WILL be using separate bootstrapped gate drivers, so the IC need not be capable of driving the transistors directly.

Thanks for any suggestions you can offer!
