If anyone knows, please tell me how to configure the SW ( system out) pins voltage to 3.5V in this chip?

Also it is possible to know if its okay to connect my Solar Pannel to the Vbus pin? I wish to use this IC in a tracking device.

    the system output can only be configured to a minimum system voltage.  So basically the system voltage is about 100mV higher than the battery voltage unless the battery falls below the system minimum voltage setting.  If Vsysmin is set to 3.5V then the system voltage will not drop below 3.6VDC.
