UCD90120A f(PCLK) Internal oscillator frequency range

Hi,

Datasheet (SLVSAN9 –APRIL 2011) suggests the range of the internal oscillator is 240 to 260 MHz measured at TA = 125°C & TA = 25°C.

Is there any data to indicate what the variation below TA = 25°C down to TA = –40°C ?
