I would like to operate two DDR3 using a single TPS51206 (termination and reference voltage only, of course). Is this possible? The DDR is Micron MT41J128M16HA-125 and we will be running at full speed.

Hi Clayton,
I am not familiar with the spec of Micro MT41J128M16HA-125. TPS51206 can only provide +/-2A peak sink/source current for VTT and +/-10mA sink/source current for VTTREF. If the currents of both rails for two DDR3 are lower than above currents. You can use a single TPS51206. Otherwise you may consider TPS53317 for your application.
Thanks,
Nancy
