LPDDR3 Power Solution - Selection

Hi,

We are planning on using LPDDR3 for one of the design. We are looking for a complete power solution using buck controllers.

The memory chip used is 8Gb LPDDR3 X2 channel

Voltages required are:

VDD1 = 1.8V, VDD2 = 1.2V

VDDCA = 1.2V, VDDQ = 1.2V

VREFCA = 0.6V   (2 CHANNELS EACH)

VREFQ = 0.9V     (2 CHANNELS EACH).

Now, we saw TPS51716, but is only a single channel, 1 VDDQ / VREF output. I'll need 2 VDDQ's (1.8 & 1.2V).

Do you have any DC - DC converters specially for LPDDR3, having dual outputs ?

Or you have have any  application note for LPDDR3 power solution?
