LM5069 - Unused pins, UVLO and OVLO

Please tell me what to do with the pins of UVLO and OVLO, when not using these functions.

I understand that,

UVLO pin should be pulled up to VIN, OVLO pin should be pulled down to GND,

but, do you need pull up/down resistors ?

If you do please tell me the recommended value.
