weakest pull-down for TPS22913, pull-up for TPS22930

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS22913

I am trying to determine what the weakest pull-down resistor I can use for the ON pin of the TPS22913 and what the weakest pull-up resistor I can use for the ON pin of the TPS22930.  I am trying to minimize wasted power when the pull-ups/downs are overridden.  I'd like to use 1M resistors, which would only draw 1.8uA at 1.8V.

I have two TPS22913 chips, one switch 1.8V power and the other switching 3.0V power.  The specified VIL is 0.4V and the ON input leakage current is a max of 1uA.  However, the leakage current is specified over the entire voltage range of 1.4V to 5.25V.  I expect that the leakage current is much lower at 3.0V and especially 1.8V.  For a 1M pull-down to work, I need less than 0.4uA of current to cause less than 0.4V drop over the resistor and still not exceed the 0.4V VIL.

For the TPS22930, I am switching 1.8V power.  The VIH for this part is 1.1V but the ON input leakage current is a max of 0.5uA.  This alone would allow me to use a 1M resistor but I am connecting this signal to another part as well (an inverter), which has its own VIH and input leakage.  Anyway, I am hoping to find out that the input leakage of the TPS22930 is lower than 0.5uA at 1.8V.

Can anyone help me figure out the max input leakages of these 2 parts at 1.8V (and 3.0V for the TPS22913)?

Thanks,
Nick
