We are going to develope Battery State of Charge meter with BQ34Z100 IC.
The battery is LiFeYPO4 12V 60AH http://www.ev-power.eu/LiFeYPO4-batteries-12V-1-1/Lithium-Battery-12V-60Ah-WB-LP12V60AH.html?cur=1
It could be loaded up to 25A, but as I read Bq34z100EVM Evaluation Module couldn't deal with such heavy load.
Can we make modification or reproduce Bq34z100EVM with modifications for higher current to connect up to 25A load and through EV2300 and Evaluation Software estimate BQ34Z100 IC features? What elements (Resistors, transistors, etc) should be changed for 25A load? If BQ34Z100 Evaluation Software supports it?
We understand that BQ34Z100 IC could be evaluated with lower currents, but we have difficulties to make schematics for higher load (25A) and are going to take Evaluation module hardware as a base for our prototype. We need to know should we change small-value series sense resistor or some other elements to adopt for our system?
