BQ24079 / temperature dependence of parameters

Hi,

Our customer want to know temperature dependence of following parameters. Do they have flat, soaring or downside trend depend on Tj?

- VBAT(REG)

- VHOT

- VCOLD

    For VBAT(REG) see datasheet Figure 18.

    For TS function, please refer to datasheet page 5 under the BATTERY-PACK NTC MONITOR subsection.  The MIN and MAX values are over temperature with the TYP being at room temperature.

    Thank you for your comments.

    Please let me again about TS function. Will the trip point like Vhot or Vcold go higher at hotter temperature and go lower at colder temperature? Or will it almost flat over temperature range on the same die?

    We cannot guarantee the performance over temperature.  However based on the I(NTC) bias current,  V(HOT) and V(COLD) trip point specifications on page 5 of the datasheet, the variation over temperature is minor.
