Hi,

I am looking for Li-ion (Single Cell) Battery Charge Management IC, please kindly help to recommend.

Features:

a) Adapter/USB Inputs

b) Support more than 1.1A Charge Current, Charge Voltage: 4.2V

c) Input operating voltage max: >6.5V, Absolute Max: >18V

d) Stand Alone Control Interface

e) Linear type

f) Charge Timer and Temperature Monitor Necessary

g) Primary Charge : Min Current

    With 1.1A charge current and 6.5V max input voltage, you may want to consider to use DCDC charger as the power dissipation would be very high with linear charger (6.5V-4.2V)*1.1A > 2W.

    For DCDC charger, either bq24160 or bq24190 would meet your requirements.
