TPS65910 series resistor with supercap

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65910

Hi.

Planning to use TPS65910A3(1) with 32 kHz Xtal and VBACKUP = either a CR2032 (non recharg) or a supercap. Now, the pcb team has placed a value of 0.06F (60 mF) for the supercap. Looking into TPS65910 data manual verison Q, "Recommended operating conditions" (page 5), the series resistor is given for supercaps between 5-15 mF - 100 - 2000 mF. There is a somewhat big difference between 1500 ohm and 5 ohm. Could You please give some advice regarding the size of the series resistor. And perhaps also some info. on what should be expected behaviour depending on the size?

Tnx / Peter
