TPS83xx Datasheet Iout-SHDN meaning?

Hi Team,

Quick questions here:

Comparing the TPS78218 and TPS78318.  The one line I don’t understand is on the TPS83xx datasheet, where they specify Iout-shdn in the electrical characteristics on page 3.  Are they specifying how the LDO will drain a downstream cap if the power supply is disconnected?
