I am looking for microwatt switch that functions like optoisolator or solid state relay but in microwatt range on both sides. In other words, for optoisolator equivalent case, LED side can be activated in microwatt range. On transistor side of optoisolator, the power losses are in microwatt range. Voltages are typical of 0.5V minimum to 2V maximum in uA range on input side. Output side has 5Vmax. Does anyone knows if such component exist? I tried MOSFET but it has losses in 2mA drain source.
