PWM and PFM mode change at about 100mA.

(datasheet P16 [Power-save mode and synchronization])

Is there not the hysteresis?

・PWM→PFM mode

Save Mode is entered when the average inductor current gets lower then about 100mA.

・PFM→PWM mode

When the load increases above the minimum forced inductor current of about100mA,

the device will automatically switch to PWM mode.

There is no explicit hysteresis, but given the operating behavior of the device, the output voltage always stays between the comp high and nominal voltage levels.
