Just a quick confirm: the spec of the TPS62260 calls out a 3.8mA quiescent current in PWM mode...should that really be in mA? Seems pretty high...

I believe so. In PFM pulse skippng mode, the Iq at no load is < 20 uA. Webench could give you a better idea of Iq for various operating conditions.

I just thought it might be a typo since all the other parts in this class seem to be in the 10's to 100's of uA for this spec item.

Usually the lower Iq current specs are with the device in PFM mode not switching. The spec you referred to is with the device in PWM mode, switching.

I just escalated the DDR4 post with the BU.
