We are using TI's switching regulator with internal Mosfet. I downloaded reliability spreadsheet for getting MTBF values for LM3102MHX/NOPB. For our product we would like to do MTBF for different temperature values and electrical stress values within specified stress limit. In the reliability estimator tool given by TI we are able to change the temperature values but there is no column for changing the electrical stress value. Could you guide on the same?
Similarly how can we include electrical stress for internal FETs used in switching regulators? (eg LM3102MHX/NOPB)?
