There are lollowing description.

The engineers who develop those reference designs do not frequent these forums. The transformer in question may be a commercially available wall wart type. It is not part of the actual reference design but an equipment used in the report. I'll see if I can find out.

Here is the response:

The electronic transformer is not part of the solution, in the test report, RiO RT50M(20-50W) was used, that is one of the most popular model in local market.

You can use any electronic transformers in the shops, but the results may be slightly different. We can’t guarantee 100% of electronic transformers are compatible, but we sure that our solution is one of the best solution available.

We don’t have the official specification of the electronic transformer, but you can search it from the web.
