My bq2084 circuit is not switching on the output FET.
The circuit is an copy of the reference design, but after programming the dataflash and connecting the cells, the output FET remain switched off.
My BatteryStatus() reads 0x0AD0 and the PackStatus() reads 0x8280 (i have 5 leds and 3 cells), and after leaving the pack for a while the BatteryStatus() reads 0x02D0
when the BatteryStatus() reads 0x02D0 the RemainingCapacity() reads 0x0001 and climbs really slow. My cells are basically fully charged, but I cannot do a discharge cycle because the output FET is not switched on.
What am I missing? I would be very grateful for help, I have been struggling with this for quite a while!
