LDO 1.9V to 4.5V input and output 1.3V to 1.4V 1mA

Hi Ti,

I’m an Avnet FAE in Sydney

My customer is looking for a LDO 1.9V to 4.5V input and output 1.3V to 1.4V 1mA current quiescent current less than 50uA. Any suggestions on how to narrow this down to the correct part?

    Hi Sujeeva,

    Is it possible to relax the input voltage range to a higher minimum input? If so, the TPS78001 nA device and our newer TPS709135 would be a good fit. If not the TPS72013 requires a BIAS voltage so that the input can operate down to 1.9V.
