Lower cost, larger package alternate device to LMR70503?

Hi Team,

Is there a device that has a larger package size, and lower cost, than the LMR70503?

Need to generate -1.5V supply from a 1.8V, 3.0V or 5.0V input at 10mA output current max.

Hi Shashank,

The LMR70503 only has one package options now. Also the minimum input voltage is 2.8V. It cannot generate -1.5V from 1.8V input. The 3.0V and 5.0V inputs are in spec.

Is there another device that will work with the requirements and also at a cheaper price, with a larger package?

I couldn't find a device that supports the 1.8 Vin.

For -1.5V output voltage, you can use LM2611 Cuk converter. The input range is from 2.7V to 14V. Negative FB is -1.2V. It should work with -1.5V output.

For the 1.8V input, a LM2623 can be used to boost it up to a higher voltage, then use LM2611 for -1.5V. The LM2623 accept Vin from 1.1V.
