TPS65930 USB interface problem--Urgent...!

Hi

we are using TPPS65930 along with AM3715CUS device. We are using TPS65930 in USB device mode. ID pin is floating to make the TPS to USB device mode. We used to connect to laptop to download the s.w images. Suddenly TPS65930 USB port stopped working. Now even if we ground the ID pin to make the TPS into host mode, we could not get the 5V VBUS .

We connected the external 5V to a pen drive and connected pen drive to TPS USB interface of TPS in host mode. USB is not detected.

when TPS is in device mode, when connected to laptop, laptop could not recognise the TPS as USB device. when probed the USBCLK of ULPI interface clock is present at 60MHz.

can you pls help us. pls note that USB port was working for some time(we used in device mode only) and stopped working suddenly. this behaviour is seen in 5 out of 7 units.
