Soft Latch Power Switch

Hello

Sorry for the very Noob question but

I'm finding it hard to find a soft latch power switch IC which will connect to a single push button and will turn my system power on/off. Does TI have an SMD IC which can do this with minimal external components?

Or would I have to to it with MOSFETs and i few resisitors?

System specs:

Power source = 3.7V Li-ion battery (4.2V when charging)

I hope someone can help.

Hey Ben,

Think this is a question best directed towards the Isolated DC/DC forum but I wanted to check to see that's not where you originally posted so as to not keep bouncing you around to different threads. Where did you originally post?
