Previously for DDR3 applications I have used TPS51200 as termination regulator which gives REFOUT(VTT) as 0.75V for REFIN as 1.5V (DDR3). Recently Iam using DDR3L which requires 1.35V as VDD/VDDQ & 0.675V as VTT. In datasheet it is mentioned that this termination regulator can be used for DDR,DDR2,DDR3 and LOW POWER DDR3/DDR4 applications. But in page:12 table.1 the voltage level of Low power DDR3 is mentioned as 1.2V core & IO and 0.6V as VTT.
My query is, can I use this Regulator DDR3L application. Will I get 0.675V at REFOUT pin when the input is 1.35V.
