bq78pl116 Damage Rate Question

Dear TI FAE:

I test 100pcs bq78pl116 IC, but  have 5~10pcs damage.

The 5~10pcs question :

1. bqwizard not loading bq78pl166,but renewal a bq78pl116 IC problem can be solved.

2.The bqwizard can loading bq78pl116,but load 0 cell.

I have update bqwizard bootstrap Loader,but bqwizard still loading 0 cell.

    Dear TI engineer

    Hsiao-Chang Chen means 5~10pcs BMS module has bq78PL116 fail issue.

    Failure condition :

    1.bqwizard appear "Error Reading Data" messeage box and bqwizard can't read cell in bqwizard, read as 0 cell

    2.reload firmware can't slove this problem

    Our product is almost in MP procedure, but we need get high stability in bq78PL116.

    Could help us to slove this problem?
