Hi,

Now our customer is evaluating TPS54425 with forward configuration.

Please see actual waveform in attached.

Is this operation right?

    I have not seen that before, but in your case I think it is normal operation.  VREG5 is derived by linear regulator from Vin.  If you look closely, you can see that EN is rising slightly.  It is enough to temporarily enable the device.  VREG5 starts to regulate, but then EN returns to 0V.  VREG5 discharges.  After some time, EN is asserted high and VREG5 regulates to 5 V as it should.
