hi all, im still new here.
i'm looking for three type of ic.
basically, i'm trying to built my own a portable power bank instead of buying ready made. the portable power bank basically consist of a parallel of 1 series li-ion battery, 4/5 led light for power capacity indication and charging status, 1 or 2 usb output for charging, 1 mini usb input for charging the power bank.
i'm electronic engineering student, so you can say i has some basic knowledge.
from my research, i think i need three type of ic, which is fuel gauge for capacity indication and also protection, charging ic for li-ion battery and also dc\dc convertion for li-ion to supply 5v constant dc volt. trying to built non-host power bank. there are so many type ic at TI, so i very hard to decide which one to select. and also, i need some help on the circuit.
for fuel gauge, i would love if it has 4-5 led indicator feature.
for charging ic, it would be best if it is 4.2V and max 1/1.5Amp.
for output of powerbank, i believe i found it, but need more suggestion xD. the one i found is pmp5417.
