Hi,

I am working on a thermal simulation, and I need the thermal information for TPS2041B [DBV-5 package]. I mean, I need at least junction to case (top) thermal resistance and junction to case (bottom) thermal resistance.

As a good approximation, use the thermal data from the TPS2041C datasheet. I suggest using the thermal data from the column listed as "1.5A or 2A Rated / DBV."

It looks like the original thermal data from the TPS2041B assumed single sided test board (1S) with minimal footprint, while the new data assumes four layer board (2S2P) with minimal pad (except custome layout line). See the referenced SPRA953 for background information.
