Hi,
We are using PMP6776 reference design for the power supply of Kintex 7 based development board. What are the signals 1VRM,2V5RM,1V2RM....meant for?
Thanks and Regards,

Those are test points for measuring loop response. There is 100 ohm between those points and the respective output voltage in the feedback path.
Hi,
I have several points to discuss about the power supply : PMP6776.
Actually I use this power supply to provide the necessary voltage rails to the Kintex 7 FPGA.
When the power supply works in stand alone operation, I mean without any FPGA, all the rails are compliant to the texas specifications.
But when I plug the FPGA, so a load, the rails 1V2, 1V5 et 2V are really noisy and their voltage ripples are out of specification.
What do you recommend to overcome this issue ?
Can I add extra capacitors on the board to reduce the voltage ripple ? and if so, what kind of technology shoul I mount ?
Still, the 1V0's ripple is also high but within 10%.
Secondly what are the differences between the PMP6776 and the PMP7804 ?
Berst regards.
Paulo.
