hi ti, iam new here.

i am using BQ24170 battery charger to charge 4400 mAh Li-ion battery, my question is :i know from the datasheet that only charging current affect the charging duration; can the charger input voltage also affect the duration?

The input voltage is not a factor until it drops low enough where the charger operates in dropout.

hi, i understand that you mean by dropout that the charger will not charge at all which happened at input volt <4.5.

am I right?
