TPS40140 Startup deley

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS40140

I looked at "TPS40140 SS Delay Time."

I want you to teach about the following.

The customer is using TPS40140 by phase clock 191kHz.
In this case, although standup delay became like max 4.9mS, the actual measurement was about max 6mS.

When the Vout standup waveform was checked, it surveyed that switching intervals were 16uS.
This is equivalent to the oscillating frequency of 62.5 kHz.
If Phase Clock Cycles at the time of a standup considers it as this value, the max value to a Vout standup will agree well in 6mS of an actual measurement as follows.
4mS + 128clk * 16uS =6.048mS
When Phase Clock Cycles at the time of a standup may be set to 62.5 kHz, I want you to teach the factor considered.
When it is stepping operation that a switching interval is set to 16uS, I want you to teach the factor set to max 6mS to a Vout standup.

thanks,
