solar battery charger project

Hi

I am working on solar battery charger design. The max charging current is 240mA for the AA NimH battery. I also need 2 LEDS to indicate the battery status. Red LED is used to indicate the battery is being charged and Green LED is used to indicate the battery is full charged. The capacity of the battery is 2300mA. I need to charge at least one battery at one time. Coud anyone recommend me any good IC to build the circuit, please? Thanks a lot.
