Suddenly the bq500210 transmitter is not working while it's connected to a 19 V DC supply. I hear some continuous buzzer sound and the power supply shows me an input current of 0.48 A, so obviously there's some short circuit somewhere and the EVM is trying to limit the current so that it does't exceed 0.5 A. The 19 V drops to 2.6 V after I connect the leads to the input of the EVM, and the power-on LED starts blinking. Any idea how to repair that? Should I contact TI technical support?
