please find the below schematic for BQ24170 charger , the circuit provide the power for the load when adapter or a charged battery presents, but it will not charge the battery please help me to figure what i am missing here ?
if
- PVCC1 = 5v
- VISET= 389mV
- VACSET = 1.59V
- VAVCC = 3.8V
- OVPSET = 1.2V
- VREF = 3.3 V
- STAT = blinking
