I would like to confirm the thermal resistance of LM26003-Q1.

Could you please teach theta jc (Junction to case top） of LM26003-Q1?

If you don't have it, can you provide theta jc (Junction to case top） of HTSSOP-20 (the same package of LM26003-Q1)?

I would like to confirm theta ic and the junction temperature.

Is theta jc "junction to case top"?

And is the junction temperature the result of the test by EVM?

If they are right, they are very useful for the customer.

Hello Atsushi-san,

theta jc is junction to case thermal resistance and the numbers come from TSSOP Exposed Pad Package Thermal Calculator.

Test is based on standard JEDEC board, please see below for more info.
