UCD9240 is getting heated up.

Hi,

I am facing trouble with UCD9240 module in Xilinx SP605 evaluation board. It was working comfortably, but at some point of time it stopped powering up FPGA. The FPGA is powered by UCD9240 and PTD08A010W. 

Observations.

1. PTD08A010W is not getting PWM input from UCD9240.

2. UCD9240 is getting heated up on power up.

3.  UCD9240 is getting heated up even if it is under reset using external reset pin

4. There is no TMUX output from UCD9240 module.

5. The input power to UCD9240 is fine and bias supply generator also looks fine.

Could anyone provide some tips to proceed or faced similar issues?
